I was just wondering, how much would you be prepared to bid if someone posted a first-edition copy of Contest?

Ask google. You're more likely to get a relevant answer than asking somebody on eBay who posted years ago. Asking how much it is worth, not guessing a figure.

The owner of the "Unicorn" lives in Australia and the majority of the members are from Australia because that is where MR is from. He now live in Los Angeles, but is currently in AU for his latest book "Mr. Einstein's Secretary."
