Hi

I created my account in the UK and now live in Australia, I keep getting the following message asking me to change my settings back to the UK to view my payment information. I have tried everything including sending eBay 2 messages but not heard anything back. I have 165 positive feedbacks so really don’t want to create a new account. Can anyone help please?

It sounds 'app' related.

 

Have you tried using a different device / browser ?

 

You're showing as registered in Australia .

 

Have you received payment  through managed payments for the items  you've sold in Australia  ?

yes ive tried on my laptop and still the same thing even though my location is set to Australia. No I haven’t received any payments

If you need to contact eBay , using this link, click on Contact  Us at the bottom of the page.

You'll see the automated assistant at the right, ask to speak to a supervisor

Although you've changed your registration  location to Australia, I don't think you can change managed payments from one country to another  because of the different verification requirements in other countries. I  may be wrong and  someone else may know for certain.

 

eBay may say you'll need to open another eBay  account in Australia  so then you'll need to register to sell and sign up for managed payments in Australia

It would  be a good idea to end your current listings until everything's sorted.
