Hi there,
Why the eBay system can't update the tracking status of a local courier 'Direct freight express'?
All the order has been delivered and it only shows sent, and the customer won't get the update so they are complaining!

If the order has been delivered, what is the customer complaining about? Just seems a bit odd.

This question is alittle confusing - you say 'all the order is delivered' ? How do you know that and if it was I seriously doubt the customer would be complaining

You might want to rethink using that company, their reviews certainly aren't the best. Also be aware that many buyers are not comfortable with sellers using couriers anyway. I imagine you are using them because they are cheaper than AP, BUT cheaper is definitely not better especially with courier companies.
