Discount applied and copied DOES NOT WORK

I purchased 1 item in EBay on my Apple device.    I clicked the discount and it copies to clipboard.  Sounds good, but it doesn’t discount at the end of the transaction.    This has happened several times and I’ve missed the discount.   I’ve emailed the Seller thinking they reimburse, but nothing happens.    Feeling RIPPED OFF!!! What’s up EBay?   This used to work.   

Remedy, clip on the discount, manually take note of code.   Manually apply code prior to payment.

Use the full site on your browser and not the app.

Put the item in your cart and you will see whether the discount will work before paying.

IMO the app is useless for a lot of things.

BTW, ebay staff do not read here - only other members.
