Recentley change my eBay to business registered a ABN under a Trust option on ebay only to have all payments in and out frozen for almost 3 weeks now business efectivley closed.
I have just been informed that managed payments and Trusts have a issue and ebay cant accept payments. If this is so why do they offer it as a option in the business section? Lost over $30,000+ in sales spoken to over 30+ ebay agents on the phone and chat and im still dead in the water so sales and no payments out over $5000 in payouts held.
I have had this ebay account since 2006 never missed a payment or anything.
Asked ebay for a time frame no idea asked ebay can they help with fees ect when i can sell again no sorry this isnt a option.
What can you do?

If you had linked the new account to your established account you would not have had the restrictions and the funds held.

It was nothing to do with the new account it was changing to a Business on ebay under a Trust option managed payments spat the dummy. The new store is 100% seperate and working fine its my existing store that payments bounce back to buyers.

This is what I was referring to when I said you would not have had these restrictions if you had linked the new account to your established account.
Rather than taking swipes at members who are trying to help you, maybe you should learn how ebay works also.

This account has had Zero sales in three weeks this time of year I would be having 50/60 sales per week.
The backup eBay page is slowly getting sales but paying almost 13% not the 10% as my original site. Would you care to explain your point or how this helps or just having a snipe?
Except it has. You have had sales for pretty much every single day in Feb (and Dec, and Jan). There is nothing to indicate that you have had no sales for 3 weeks. Would you like me to provide screenshots? You need to understand that we can see your sales history on both your accounts. No point saying no sales for 3 weeks, when we can all see that isn't true.
I am not having a snipe, I'm calling it as I see it. Seems you are though by telling porkies about lack of sales.

Take all the screen shots you like my main store the one opened in 2006 has had NO sales in 3 weeks all "Sales" are pending payment stuck in limbo. All funds have been held over 5K yes the new page is slowley getting some sales but paying 13% not 10% and still 70% less than the old store was doing last month.
eBay ireland have called me now finaly and it looks like we may get a fix thanks for all your input.

No my new store would have been in the same boat as the old store payments on hold that would have been a total nightmare.

So you have been getting sales....you are just not getting the payments.
That is different to not getting sales at all.

It is always harder to get sales as a new seller.....you need to build up your track record before the sales will pick up to the level of an established seller.

Yes sales go through then the money bounces back to the buyer who then sends me a message asking why payment failed 3 times some get upset with me and there is nothing i can do.
And yes i realise being a new seller takes time that is my whole point yes i have a few sales on the new store but nothing like i was with my old store and im paying much higer fees.
Looks like eBay have finally admited its a problem there end they need to solve emailed the Australian eBay ceo and then got a call from ebay Ireland so fingers crossed they sort it out.

I am intrigued....how is ebay Ireland involved with an ebay AU problem?
