Messages not working

I get an email notification there is a message inside ebay "my messages" but when I try to access it I get the warning "Sorry! There has been an error retrieving your message from the server. What can I do as I need to be able to see my mesages?

Can't Change User ID

Upload tracking in PayPal

Anyone know how to get onto the old version of uploading tracking numbers in PayPal?For some reason if you don't upload the tracking within 2 days or so then the click on tracking disappears lol.If anyone can help that would be great thankyou.
