I have just noticed I have sold an item, it hasn't been paid for yet.
They live in Russia, and I only post to Australia.I have messaged the
buyer and told them I only post to Australia, but what else should I
do?Should I cancel the order?
I had the exact same problem, my labels were always hard to scan and it
didn't matter what ink I used.I eventually bought a new printer and
problem solved. Easily scanned now.
