I'm going to be away for almost 3 months - has anyone paused their store
for 30 days, then done so again? I don't want to take all my listings
down and relist - far too much work appreciate any advice

This has happened to me twice in the past 3 weeks. Both items have been
posted but customers are saying not received. International post - have
postage receipt but there's no tracking. now I have an 'item not
received' - first one I refunded - puttin...
I know i can put my store on holiday setting but as i'm away for 2
months i would rather 'suspend' it all together for the time i'm away.
is this possible?
I thought that may be the case - however, on US orders I can see where
the customer has paid duty - (they pay extra on top of sale price) UK
sales there is no extra charged ... so they're not being charged VAT -
am popping it on address anyway, it ma...
unfortunately buyers don't care - regardless of situation they will
demand money back - i'm not prepared to take the risk or the possible
negative feedback ... until this is over, domestic sales it is ... and
even there postage is now very slow - am ...
You can still send parcels - just not letters (which is most of my
international - large envelope, up to 500g) .... only express now which
is very expensive. Some countries have no mail whatsoever. No matter
what you're posting, parcel or not, expect...
I cancelled 3 x sales, 1 x UK, 1 x US, 1 x Russia - put 'problem with
buyers address' as reason - it's really not worth it - heaven knows how
long until international mail will be fully up and running again?!
