I upgraded my store to basic, and I expected to have 600 items to list for free and relist fee is 50 cents as written down in here http://sellercentre.ebay.com.au/ebay-for-business/about-store-packages  But every time I try to list or relist, my insertion fee is 3$. I was not too sure what to do, so I contacted eBay and get connected to Sandeep J. He told me that I only got 600 items free in collectables. We disconnected in the middle of the conversation. My issue is not resolved though.    Please verify info for me. are the 600 items only free for collectables? If it's the case, it's meaningless for me to upgrade because I sell clothes. I bid on 4 similar but different items from the same seller that were all ending within a few minutes of each other. I bid on each hoping to get only one within my max bid amount since they all had 2-3 bidders and the current bid was still much lower than my max. However, all 4 items had higher bidders so I moved on to bid elsewhere. Then, next thing I knew, I received a notification that I won one of the items and was now the highest bidder on the other 3 items and was about to win all 4. After the auction ended I looked at the bidding history on all items and they all had the same set of bidders with names listed as " ****v, or d****a, or g*** " and all 4 items had the same highest bidder cancel their bid within a few minutes of auction ending, making me the highest bidder on all 4 of them. I reported the items to eBay but now what? Do I contact the seller to cancel? Can they leave negative feedback?The 4 items are sitting in my cart now and I'm unwilling to purchase even 1 at this point knowing this is the type of selling practices I'd be supporting if I bought anything from them. I purchased a rug, but the seller refused to send to Australia saying it would cost too much. I explained that the cost would be mine but he has cancelled the order. He says he will put it back on as a Buy Now (but at the price I bought it it will obviously get snapped up and not by me!! Probably by someone sitting right next to him!) He had advertised international postage to Australia and had quoted a price. The only reason I did not pay promptly was to enable him to check that the postage was adequate. By being a considerate person I have lost my purchase. Has anyone a suggestion for a remedy or how ebay can become involved? Thanks. Hi everyone,   I have experienced with this sellers   1. I bought a smart phone 1 year warranty.   after 4 month the communication such as wifi, bluetooth didn't work then i sent back for warranty, 1 month later I got the phone back, however, they sent the worst phone to me and some funtions are not working such as camera getting hot quickly and turn off automatically and the screen did not stay  inside the phone frame, the firmware is too poor... One more time I had to pay for the return postage but the big problem is they did not send the phone back to me.   2. I bought a power pack Suaoki , 1 year warranty. for phone charging and car jump starting , after 4 month it sudenly die off when It was charging at 48% . The power pack has only been used for phone charging a couple of time and never been used for car jump starting. I contacted them to claim warranty and they said: Dear thohien8185, Good day! I need to leave follow up FB; I know how to do it, I write it, click on "leave follow up" button, get a message "you left follow up", but it is NOT there!.  It happened to me few weeks ago and after about 10th try it finally appeared.  This time, I have been trying now for a week.  I bought 4 length of tassels; when the parcel arrived I just looked at one of the bundles, it was fine so I left ordinary FB, then I noticed that there was a note telling me the seller has given me extra 3m (worth $10+)!  So i want to leave FB follow up.  I did email her and thanked her, but I think she deserves better FB.  Isn't there a way to report what sounds like a technical problem. ...
