Did it say in the listing that charger was suitable for australia plugs or that an adapter was provided. Or was that just an asumption on your part. If the later, it would appear you assumed wrong. May as well complain about batteries not included with kids toys

I, and I would guess most people, would assume that if you are buying an elecronic item from overseas that you would have to purchase an adapter seperately. I have a couple of Australian regulation adapters laying around just for this.
Anyway, as mentioned, there are very few phones that don't take a mini USB so you don't need an adapter if you have any USB chargers in your home - I have a dozen I think from different devices and they all do the job.
