Sellers sending mobile to Australia, but didn't include Au plug

Why is it sellers of mobile devices say phones, knew they were selling them to an Australian buyer and yet they don't include Australian power plug and I had one seller claim it is not their fault and I had to pay extra for an Australian power plug.

And the latest phone I bought, the seller had included instructions what I think is in Spanish.

Did it say in the listing that charger was suitable for australia plugs or that an adapter was provided.  Or was that just an asumption on your part.  If the later, it would appear you assumed wrong.  May as well complain about batteries not included with kids toys

etc.

I, and I would guess most people, would assume that if you are buying an elecronic item from overseas that you would have to purchase an adapter seperately. I have a couple of Australian regulation adapters laying around just for this.

Anyway, as mentioned, there are very few phones that don't take a mini USB so you don't need an adapter if you have any USB chargers in your home - I have a dozen I think from different devices and they all do the job.

Seller post from Sydney, seller has a Pty Ltd, seller has Au in their name.

So I guess the seller is a overseas seller?

If you would deign to give us the item number we could have a look for you, and possibly solve your problem.

As you are obviously using your new mobile, every reply is in answer to yourself. If you could at least reference the poster you are responding to, or quote their post, it would avoid confusion.

Who is Davewil1964 replying to?

They could at least reference the poster they are responding to, or quote their post.

In other words, they should do what they want others to do.

Thanks for the offer to solve my "problem" padi*0409.

But after reading the comments including the who cares and can't face reality comments, I say there is no solutions from some others.

PS Reading some of the comments here, I say some eBay users also are members of the Whirlpool forums.

Even those I gave sellers posting details,, Australia in their name and have a Pty Ltd and I search for phones in Australia only.

How can someone possibly solve, what they think is my "problem" with item number?

But have they considered helping others who I say have the same issue, thought they bought from Australia when it came from overseas?
