Hello everyone.
How can I get refund?
The status in the ebay system shows Delivered, but far late after expected time frame and if you look the tracking history after "Delivery" statement it continues and end up with "Returned to Sender"
I bought and paid an item.
The auction was clearly written " Delivery: Estimated within 4-8 business days". The email I got also have Estimated delivery time frame.
But seller shipped the item on the last day of the written time frame.
Very long after all time frames the item arrived on the address and was immediately Returned to Sender because the address is not actual any more. No one have signed that "Delivery", package just have been returned to sender
However, ebay page shows Delivered but if you open the tracking history after the record Delivered, tracking continues with Returned to Sender in few more records showing that
Now the seller have both, the item and the money and refusing refund.
I opened ebay case "Item not received" to get refund . The seller refuse and no communication. If I escalate the case will I get refund? What can I do to get refund?

You might consider it.
I believe I've mentioned it before, but a posting ID, to some extent, helps protect you from people who take issue with your posts buying purely to give a defect. As eBay have decided that anything other than an alleged 'perfect' transaction warrants a defect (unless you are a big box protected 'don't need eBay anyway' retailer).
Of course there are felines who would discount your posts from a non-selling/board ID, but those tend to be catty regardless.

Very true, Dave...some time ago, I posted under my selling ID, as I was not ashamed of speaking my mind - but when I had another poster deliberately sabotaging my sales through malicious buying, non-payment and false feedback, I decided to use another ID purely for posting.
It's sad what some will do for revenge, isn't it?
As for Joe - think about it. Some will take exception to your posts, and may well try it on. It's just not worth it.

I have just now seen all of the negative comments you have posted about me and the headphones have been returned to me.
None of this is my fault at all and you never notified me of a change of address.
All you said after you won and paid for the item was to cancel the order and not ship it.
This is not how eBay works - you cannot just change your mind.
I have now been charged a Final Value Fee of $9.80 on the headphones, the original shipping fee of $7.45 and a Final Value Fee of $0.74 on the shipping for a total of $17.99
I am more than happy to refund you the difference between what you paid ($102.32) and the fees I have been charged ($17.99) because you decided you don't want the item anymore and you changed your address without notifying me.
Thus the refunded amount would be $84.33
Let me know if this is agreeable or if you want me to post the item to your correct address.
