The All New Tas - What's for Dinner Thread - & - Don't Get Uppity.

Tas mentioned there was a good thread on - What's for Dinner.

Seems it ended up - a bit ' snooty '.

So - no fancy - dancy - stuff - just good fresh ideas for dins.

Oh - & Freddie - just loved the zucchini slice - if you could just put it here one more time - I swear not to lose it again.

And please - this time add the - zucchinis. lol.

Here - tonight - Chicken Schnit's with salad.

Oh geez - now I have to reprint the lot.

Me too.   It's nice on ice cream as well and goes quite splendidly with wild hairless desserts.

LOL LOL LOL. Smiley LOL

I was just thinking about tonights dinner and the Pasta, and just remembered a funny thing about Pasta.

Last September we were in Italy for a month, and decided to do a tour of Pompeii. The tour guide was about 70 year old,

and I found his english very hard to understand.

He was talking about Pompeii and kept saying things like "In the Pasta the people would Blah blah blah." He said this quite often,

and at least for an hour or more, I kept wondering what he is going on about. Smiley LOL

It wasn't until he said somthing like, "In the pasta medical items were blah blah blah." That I realised that when he spoke he

would put "ah" on the end of some words. He was really saying " In the past, medical items, blah blah blah".

I thought the guy was talking about Pasta all the time.

When I told my wife that the guys had me so confused with the pasta when he mean past.

My wife started p$55ing herself laughing and called me an idiot. Smiley LOL Smiley LOL

The tourtiere went into the oven about ten minutes ago and will be ready in an hour.

The cooked picture will appear here before we cut it ... we will have to hurry because I suspect Domino is rushing for the airport right now ... (pick up the Frangelico or a coffee liqueur as you come through Domino!) ....Woman LOL
