Tas mentioned there was a good thread on - What's for Dinner.
Seems it ended up - a bit ' snooty '.
So - no fancy - dancy - stuff - just good fresh ideas for dins.
Oh - & Freddie - just loved the zucchini slice - if you could just put it here one more time - I swear not to lose it again.
And please - this time add the - zucchinis. lol.
Here - tonight - Chicken Schnit's with salad.

My wife just reminded me about our early Clinker days.
Years ago we would buy a few of packets, and would have a Clinker eating competition.
Sometimes a couple of friends would join us.
You would have to close your eyes, and bite one in half, then turn the the left over half upside down on a plate
so you could not see the colour, then eat the piece you had in your mouth, and then guess what colour you had.
If it shattered you would try another one.
It was easy to do, until you had eaten about 6 of them, then it became harder to distinguish between them.
Each time you got it right, you got a point, if wrong you lose a point.

Whatever I had in the fridge. Up to you what you use.
Minced beef, onions, tomato paste, stock cube, worcestershire sauce, oregano, thyme,
bit of water - not much though. Added some breadcrumbs to hold it together
Topped with some bacon,or cheese, then baked for about an hour at med heat.
edit: put a small amount of water in the baking dish, and put a lid on. Remove the lid for the last 15 mins

Thanks Stawks, bacon and cheese on top is a great idea, will definitely give that a try next time around.

Tas, sorry, forgot to mention....all those ingredients were fried off together first, before stuffing the capsicums.
