What's for Dinner

Eats here - Cauli cheese. As a meal in a ramekin. Bit of bacon and sweetcorn thrown in for good measure.

Try it!

Re: What's for Dinner

That sounds delish, Jess.

My grandma lived with us for a few years, she wanted dinner on the table at 5pm, buttered bread and dessert with every meal.

That was the only time we've ever really had desserts regularly.

I haven't had rhubarb and custard in years.

Re: What's for Dinner

Airfryed jacket potatoes, Moroccan tagine with lamb, fresh garden salad, and how I wish we had rhubarb and custard for dessert as well, but we'll make do with home made ice cream and stewed apple tonight ....   Smiley Very Happy

Re: What's for Dinner

Tonight and for 2 more nights is my signature dish.

Done in a frying pan--why its for 3 nights is Aldis have chicken breasts

4 in a packet -2 large 2 smaller.

The zuccinis are in a packet of 3.

So-use the large ones -the the first 2 nights and the other 2 the last night.

(hope that makes sense).

Slice carrots-onions- zuccini and put in pan on low.

Add mushrooms a bit later.

Then add the chicken breast-cut in half.--works for me.

Only problem ive had is sometimes my young bloke arrives for a visit and i race

to the kitchen to turn it off-but put it on full-that tests the smoke alarm outSmiley Frustrated

ps-take a rain check on the rhubarb and custard...................Richo.
