i know the answer to that: countries like england, france, germany, australia etc where when a child is unhappy about going to school is forced to go anyway, whereas in the USA that child just takes daddies/mums gun and shows them school that the USA is a free country and every child/idiot is entitled to kill whoever they want.

I just wonder why some Americans, think if you say some thing about America that you dont like, say you hate all Americans.

When I lived in Australia there was a few things I did not like but I Love Australia and its people.

Some things about New Zealand i do not like, like doctors bills, but that does not mean to say I hate New Zealanders.
