Hi everyone, I'm still quite new when it comes to creating shipping labels on Ebay and I ended up making a mistake in my listing (miscalculated the weight), had to void the label I made and create a new one instead when sending the item. I created and voided the label about a week and a half ago (9th May). Now I've recieved my monthly Ebay invoice which includes the cost of the voided label, so my question is: 1) How long does it take Australia Post to void a label and give you a refund? 2) There's still about a week and a half left till my invoice will be paid automatically so my question is: Will the amount on my invoice change if Australia Post decides to refund me or do I still have to pay for the full amount (including the label I did not use) and then be refunded later on? Hope my question makes sense. Thanks!

I have not received my item I have shown proof to seller that item did not come and Aust Post proof it did not enter there system. Thay suggest it may be lost in the system. I have tried to communicate with the seller Australia Post has suggested that the item was never sent. i have proof of purchase my email is REMOVED and bank statement also shows. I can not see how also to report this seller I would of thought that it would be compulsory to be able to contact buyers by telephone if this occurs.

Can someone please explain to me what QLD RURAL DEPOT 9994 is or where it is, I've lost an item and the tracking system hasn't been updated since 24/4/19. It was supposed to be here on the 20th, but for some reason it hasn't turned up and I don't know how else to track it because there isn't a number I can call.

I've made a purchase from the UK (to Australia) but gave a completely wrong shipping address by mistake. I've contacted the seller who has said I need to get in touch with ebay about this as it's an international sale. Can it be readdressed to REMOVED?

I ordered and paid, for some C.B parts and an Antenna. I was told by the supplier that there two separate packages and were 2 tracking numbers and both could be supplied if required. I only received 1 tracking number, and I received my first package with no problem. And it came up as item delivered when I checked. There was no mention of the Antenna package! I got on to the supplier again, and he said " don't worry it will come in a few days " Could you tell me where it is in the system then? Here are the numbers if it's any help. Hi Auspost missing the boat here, only send stuff 1.05 m and less. What have I missed - I know they have a courier service (?) but does it work with EBAY? There is a service I have found but they dont intergrate prices with Ebay. They do packing and sending if needed but their quote is just a widget - does not link to prices at check out. How do you sell something with the full price at the end of the auction or buy now if price of postage not included. I thought of copy prices into ebay from a courier per weight - but cannot get a list of prices - only quote per job.. so cannot get a table of charges to mirror. Thanks

I have already sent a few items internationally and want to continue to do so. Are any of the current international shipping options that come up in the listing templates accurate? I have tried a couple but the rates my customers are charged are less than the current rate. For example my US customers are paying $21.10 for the 500g pre-paid bag while the current rate is $24. I am currently getting around this by listing this option (standard $24 to the US for under 500g items) only on my listings as most of my international customers are in the US. Other international customers need to contact me for rates. This is a temporary solution but I would love to just offer international tracked postage that accurately calculates by location according to current rates. It seems clear that this information needs to be updated in Ebay's database. I actually saw a discussion from 2016 with similar questions so I'm sure it's not just me! So any current better solutions? Also is this going to be updated?

How is it that a seller can advertise their product is in Australia and then after purchasing it you eventually find it's coming from overseas.The tracking number supplied supposedly Aust. Post doesn't exist and there is no update to the delivery. Whole thing sounds like a scam.
