I posted out some shorts to lady a few weeks ago but she is stating she never received them, I do believe her as she is being really nice and not demanding anything, i have checked post office web with tracking number and it is saying it has been delivered, so what now. any help would be good thank you.

Hi guys, we have purchased a book from the U.K. which arrived today. The person who delivered it placed it on top of the letter box as it was an A4 size, thin cardboard envelope. Today here in Melbourne it has been raining most of the day and the package got soaked. The book inside also got soaked in one corner and is now ruined. The book was for a gift at Christmas. Is there any avenue we could take to get reimbursed from anyone? I can't see it being anyones fault except the last handler of the package. The book may only be worth $30.00 but we can't afford to go and spend that money again. Thanks for any comments. Steve.

I recently paid for a book and didn't receive it, the seller has admitted to not having it in stock and has offered a refund but it worries me that this can happen. The book was not cheap and the seller still has my money, I am not worried about that I know I will get the money back but I think ebay needs to send a message to these sellers that to ask full price that a book store asks, but does not have anything to sell. I should have mentioned that i went through this sellers feedback when the book didn't come and although the feedback rating seemed good I soon realised that the comments were stacking up as a bad seller, There were consistant comments made that the seller takes a long time to post and often does not have the item in stock. What happens with every buyers money while they wait unreasonable times at full cost. I think this is unfair trading, can this be stopped on ebay?. Thanks for constructive replies. Troy.

How can you please some people,live plants ordered on Monday, posted from North Coast country NSW on Tuesday and delivered to rural Victoria on Friday Morning at 11:30 AM and they are complaining about slow delivery, with a "Where is My Order" email suggesting that we are lying about the date of postage. Sent them the tracking details showing all dates and they are still unhappy, and all of this a couple of weeks before Christmas. Like I said how can you please some people? Rant over.

I went into C&S to check the postage on a parcel with my own box (po supplied) weighing just under 1 kg (from rural Victoria to rural Victoria). Then I went & checked the Print Postage Label as I prefer that, as I get too many emails from Paypal when I pay that way as it's always one at a time & I don't have to worry about C&S being off-line all the time. Guess what - same info supplied = Print Postage Label was $5.05 more than C&S. I'll be double checking every time now - looks like we have to keep our minds on the job, if we're not going to get ripped off.

Hi there I recently started using ebay postage labels. when I check the tracking it says initiated. Ebay says it will take 24 hours to be updated but it has been 48 hours and still says initiated should I worry? My other question is do you have to be registered as click and send member to be able to use ebay labels?

I bought an item from Canada and received a conformation order with the wrong addres1850 Airport Exchange Blvd #200 Erlanger, KY 41018-3193 United States. it gives me know idea how to retrieve my purchase from Kentucky to Western Australia. i have been to PayPal and eBay web pages and I don't know anymore than what I did when I started. can someone please shed a little light on this subject ?

I have tried what was suggested in a previous question for the "free local pick up" option and it worked but now I am listing another item and I cannot seem to get it to work. I am not offering any postage and I am trying to add my own postage option as pick up only but it won't let me. Any suggestions as to what I am doing wrong?

I have purchased items that with the Global Shipping option. Mostly there is no problem and I can track the item from the tracking link provided to me. However, I now have two items, from different sellers, different dates of purchase, in the Global Shipping programme where a "tracking" advice has been provided to me but any search simply shows "PBI". What is PBI? Why can't I track progress? Is there some action I should be instigating? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I recently bought an item, the seller had the postage price listed as $18 and they lived only 1hr from me, i sent an email asking for postage fee or pick up address but had no response so i payed for items through paypal, (I did not want to be listed as a bad buyer) I received the item in mail today and on the package it has how much the package cost to send, it is clear as day listed as $8.95, so the seller charged me $18 for postage when it only cost $8.95 and they pocketed the $9.05 for themself. Is this allowed to happpen??????
