Hi, I have approached the buyer 4 times and sent invoices for payment. They have not responded to any of my messages. I know it is 4 days before I can open a case with the Resolution Centre, but that can take over 30 days, can I re-list the item prior to that time lapsing? Is it better for me not to open a case with them and just re-list the item. Thanks in anticipation

Hey Could someone please tell me how I add a message that appears in checkout on all my listings? Or is there anywhere else I can put a message that is easily noticed by buyers? I really don't want to spend days editing individual listings. TIA

i am selling items and have got paid for 2 items but i do not have any stock.(my garade was flood last weekend) i am trying to get sone from my supplier in china but nost of business has been stopping for new-year holiday. so i won't get it till 14th of feb. i think i'd better give money back to customer but i do not know how to do. is there any instruction for refund system? if it is which section should i search?

eBay advised vechile had been sold & was waiting on deposite through PayPal. We were advised to make contact with purchaser We sent an email to the purchaser as advised .Our question is has the vechile been sold.We have not been contacted by eBay Or the proposed purchaser.

Hi I just sold an item on ebay and the item was for pick up only. For some reason postage was included at a charge of $7.60. As this item is heavy and the buyer is from interstate this will not cover the postage. I would like to refund the buyer the cost of the item and their postage and cancel the sale. Please inform me with what I need to do.

I've refunded an order & removed the item totally from Ebay due to an error but the customer has since notified me that this item is still showing outstanding at his end? I thought by removing the item all together & completing the refund that it would be finalised? Sales record # 317 Please help

Seems the estimated delivery time eBay allows for postage is unfairly short. This ensures that your top rating will eventually disaperar. Such a low late postage rate of 5% late deliveries means it is near impossible to keep a top rating. Are weekends and times after 5pm when postal services close in Australia used in the timeframe for postage estimates?

For no obvious reason (I have been following all of the usual selling guidelines, am a top rated seller with 100% score) my sales seem to have dropped dramatically over the last couple of months. I thought that with Christmas on the way, December would be a great month. It was anything but!!! Sales since November have been absolutely terrible and I have tried everything I can think of. Sales have been much worse since I officially opened a "store" on ebay and worse still since ebay started the new store formats etc. Has anyone experienced it or am I just missing something really obvious? Any insights would be truly appreciated. Louise

Hi, I sold a s7 edge last first week of Dec and the buyer received it after 3 days. Now after Christmas he told me that there's a problem with the device and he needs help, I told him to return the item and I'll give him a full refund or keep the phone and I'll give him half of the refund. But now it's he texted me that he will ask his girlfriend if what's there next move if they going to return the phone or not. Now it's already 20th of January and he's still not replying about the item. What do you think I must do as a seller should I still give him a refund even its already more than a month after he received the item or else? Thanks 🙂

Hello, Just wanting some advise before responding to a buyer who purchased a pair of shoes that had not been worn and were in perfect condition when sold (i have pics showing this via listing) and has contacted me to say they were too high and she only wore them for half and hour and they are faulty because they broke. She took the shoes into the store (tony bianco) and wanted them to replace them. As she didn't have a receipt they said they would repair them for her. she is now demanding I refund her the $60 she paid for the shoes, after she has admitted to wearing them. Again they were in perfect condition when they reached her. Im not a shop, I sell my own personal belongings when I see fit, what are my rights as I'm not accepting shoes back that have been worn and then broken in her posession. She is saying that they are faulty. Appreciate your help.

I was told by ebay that they would charge my sller fees between the 15th and 17th, but i was charged on the 19th and as a result had no money in my paypal account as i assumed for some reason theyre not charging me. Are ebay allowed to charge two days late? It is a major incovinience for people expecting it earlier.
