Buyer purchased goods of china totalling about $130, individual postage tottaled $55. Free box, I supplied bubble wrap and polysyrene chips. Australia post charged cube post of $36.30 ($2.95 ) including for signature on delivery. When I got home I wrote to buyer and told him I would refund him some postage costs as it was cheaper combined, told him parcel had gone and tracking numbers. I then went to paypal and refunded him $20. I never charged him the $5 for bubblewrap, chips and tape. After I noticed that 2 amounts had gone through to buyer both of $20, I rang paypal to tell them. They said I must have pushed button twice and write to the buyer and ask him to send it back by telling them of the mistake, they said they could not cancel it at all. The buyer has not done it, thinks the postage was too much, and now he knows its left wants a full refund immediatly What do I now do, I am a mess. Please anyone got advice.
