HI, I have sold items on eBay with Pick up only and cash on delivery.  No problem till this point. I marked the items as "Paid", left feedabck, now which action should I select to show it as complete? My second Item went straight away as "Second chance" which I don't want to. Buyer purchased goods of china totalling about $130, individual postage tottaled $55. Free box, I supplied bubble wrap and polysyrene chips. Australia post charged cube post of $36.30 ($2.95 ) including for signature on delivery. When I got home I wrote to buyer and told him I would refund him some postage costs as it was cheaper combined, told him parcel had gone and tracking numbers. I then went to paypal and refunded him $20. I never charged him the $5 for bubblewrap, chips and tape. After I noticed that 2 amounts had gone through to buyer both of $20, I rang paypal to tell them. They said I must have pushed button twice and write to the buyer and ask him to send it back by telling them of the mistake, they said they could not cancel it at all. The buyer has not done it, thinks the postage was too much, and now he knows its left wants a full refund immediatly      What do I now do, I am a mess. Hi, I have had a few customers buy then say I was offering free postage on some items this week. I only list a few low weight items as free postage so I know this to be untrue so I have told them this. A customer sent me a screenshot of her phone today showing it as free postage, when I look on my computer it is certainly calculated postage. Could someone who is more informed than myself please help me?!   About a week ago, the automatic relisting feature (which allows you to automatically relist unsold items up to 3 times for free), stopped showing on my 'Review listing' page when listing items at the beginning of this month.    I've been browsing the community forums & eBays Policy pages for hours now, and can't seem to find any decent information regarding my issue. The only solid piece of information I've found is on this webpage - http://pages.ebay.com.au/help/sell/relist.html   Particularly this dot point:    Your eligibility to relist an item automatically is based on your transactions and sales. When you're eligible to relist an item automatically, you see the option in the listing form. You can see your transactions and sales in your Seller Dashboard in My eBay. However, there are no specifications of how many transactions and sales I need to have to be eligble for this feature. It seems other sellers have had similar problems for years now, but I cannot seem to find an actual reason/solution for this issue.     I spoke to a customer service representative through live chat & their response was:   "I would like to confirm you that automatic relist unsold item will be ended when seller has done more than 100 successfully sales .This is one time optional feature for new seller .That's why it has been ended from your account ."   I questioned them further & got this out of them:   "This is only one time optional feature ,seller could not revoke it again .ebay gives this option to the new seller till more than 100 sales completed ."   I asked why I still had this feature available to me whilst being a Top Rated Powerseller with over 100 sales last year, in which they basically tried to sell me a store subscription.    "I am afraid that that's eBay policies .But you can get store subscription for more free listing"     So... For all of you eBayers scratching your head wondering what the hell is going on with all the extra insertion fees & lack of auto-relists.. Hi. I had a buyer purchase two items from me in February, she took 2 weeks to pay for one and never paid for the other. Her account was eventually suspended by eBay as she obviously had a lot of shady behavior. She also put in a claim for the item she did pay for and receive, which was later withdrawn unexpectedly. Recently I have had an item sold and it has still not been paid for, 3 days later, I went to look at the buyer and realized it was this same buyer with a new account! I also found the item she had claimed 'not to receive' she had resold on March 10th!! My question is. I feel as though this buyer has been quite shady and I do not want to deal with her again, I would have blocked her but I didn't know it was her because of the new account. Is there anyway I can just cancel the transaction. She is the worst ebayer I have ever encountered. Thanks ... View more
