i listed a pair of pants on ebay 4 hours ago, while I can see them in my all selling page, they are still not showing in the category list

I have sold an item that was offered as pickup only and free postage for it. Person who has bought requires postage and the invoice. I have tried everything to add the postage amount - hit the recalculate button and it just keeps returning to the original free postage amount. It won't allow me to add the postage amount that is now required. How do I get around this? If I don't click on the recalculate button the postage will show but it's not totalled. Problem with that is when the buyer hits the pay now button all that will come out is the item amount and no postage amount. Very frustrating? Help.

I have sold an item to a buyer from a country that doesn't reply in English, I would like to send the item, however there is confusion regarding payment methods, I do not speak Dutch and without employing the services of a translator is there any other way of interpreting to English? I am sure this happens often when we sell worldwide, most of my sales overseas are to English speaking countries, this is a first for me and I would appreciate any support or help if possible, kind regards, Peter

Hi there, Was hoping for some advice. I was selling a Tiffany Bracelet, which was given as a gift, by a cheating EX. I listed as pre-owned etc. But did not have any receipts or box for it. A few people enquired, and to be honest, I told them this - that it was a gift and I had no receipts etc. 2 days before the auction is to end, I got my listing removed, for the following reasons: When removing listings eBay considers many things, such as: -- Reports from rights owners, law enforcement officials, and members of the eBay community -- Selling history -- Past policy violations -- Insufficient description or photos -- Selling Feedback I'm a bit confused, as I'm not sure if I did something wrong, or if someone just complained, that I had no receipts for them? I had a past policy violation post posting perfume and another for using a Google picture, would this be it?

I deleted a item from my Not Sold list but found it in my personal email file. Is there anyway to get it back on my Not Sold list so I can relist it?. Or, do I have to re-do the whole listing?:-(. Thanking you in advance.

I recently had a dress removed by ebay for brand violation. (with 8 hours left on the auction ) I am very annoyed as I dispute the decision. The title was "Veronika Maine / A division of cue. Mocha brown dress. Apparently my reference to "cue" is a violation. On many veronika maine labels it states A DIVISION OF CUE. Before I listed this dress I "googled" is veronika maine a division of cue ? And it sure is. I now have my account restricted for 3 days. Surely the people who make these decisions do research before the willy nilly remove listings. I dont consider I have breached any policies. I have to wait for a decision and in the meantime the 17 watchers on this dress missed out and I cannot relist it for 3 days. I have asked for a review but that will take 24-48 hours ! not much help to me .. Would that also apply to STELLA MCCARTNEY for TARGET ? would appreciate feedback or any comments on this issue. thanks

I have what I think is a collectible. The maker was a good friend of a US celebrity from the 1960s and I have a pic of them together. Can I use the celebrity status; IE: his name, and pic in my add in order to target another type of buyer.? IE: a 'so and so' collectible just because the celebrity new the maker..? Is this illegal and/or audacious and subject to any unpleasant legal repercussions...?

Sold an iTunes gift card, previously did this and provided code with no problems. This purchaser is saying issues with code and if not fixed wants a refund. No issue with this but how do I know this is not a scam to have the card value and get a refund? Asked for a screenshot of the error code and have provided a copy of iTunes code. If give refund and itunes voucher has been claimed we are out of pocket...any thoughts

Ebay say the word 'idiot' is ok, its seem there is no standard anymore and we can just use any words we like if we want including moran and imbecile. Is there a way to overcome or get real support if one is truly offended by this types of words?

It was of course a second hand item and I am not a commercial dealer. It was initially local pick up only and the buyer asked for posting it. The postage was the minimum amount and the buyer has been asking for an invoice because of the postage when all the messages regarding the postage back and forth have been all under ebay account messages inbox.. The buyer says she couldn't make a payment through palpal because it was 'pick up only'. I just don't want to do up the invoice. I think she is being unreasonable for not making a payment, isn't it?

I listed 3 old surfboards and sold 2. One on saturday night and one on sunday night. I sent an ebay invoice with contact phone and address to both buyers within 1 hour of listing finishing. I specified in RED TEXT in the listings that they MUST be collected by midday on Xmas Eve and as the time has now passed and I have heard nothing from either buyer I am not sure what my obligations are?? I feel I would rather throw them in the dump right now as this is going to muck me around somewhat but not sure what that outcome would cause. Am I within my rights to refuse to continue with these transactions?

On 24 October 2012 I sold an item to a buyer who lived reasonably close to me so I emailed and asked would they like to pick up. After not hearing I sent an invoice including postage Some time later I received a request for a new invoice minus the postage as they would pick up. This I did. She arranged a pick up time but did not call and did not explain. I have sent a further two emails asking her to pick up the item but to no avail. Now I have the money and the goods. What should I do as It is almost two months.

buyer left complete fabricated story that I wouldn't refund after i immediately offered and refunded reply pd postage and msgd her a copy of the refund transaction, all prior to receiving the item back. she also accused me of fraudulant photographs saying the photo wasn't the ring she received!! ebay have told me this doesn't meet criteria to be removed, how is it possible that completely fabricated feedbk is allowed to be posted with the intent to ruin a sellers credibility and ebay will do nothing? i dont understand this, are there any other options i can persue??

Received negative feedback after twice offering full refund of winning bid and postage. Buyer says item was faulty and not as described in listing. (velcro strap on shoe had come undone which I did not notice). I admit I did say 'like new' as I did not realise about the velcro but after I offered full refund should I have been given this negative feedback?
