Hi, I made an error in the description of a ring I'm selling but I didn't realise until someone had already placed a bid.  I made an amendment which is added to the very bottom of the listing and isn't really very obvious to the buyers.  Now I'm worried because the item has some good bids on it and I'm not sure if they think the diamonds are bigger than they really are because of my mistake.  Is there anyway to let them know?  Thanks ... I have some Disney DVDs that aren't getting many hits so I put their titles into search.    They just aren't coming up!   I tried similar ones to see what they were listed under and found that mine were listed under the same section.  Movies: DVDs & Blue Ray. I've just listed my first item for sale and made it "pick-up only" as it is fragile. A buyer asked would I be prepared to take it to Pack and Send and freight it interstate. I replied that I wasn't prepared to do this but might re-consider if it didn't sell locally.   The buyer proceeded to bid and met my auto-accept price. Not sure what to do now. I sent him a message asking if he can arrange to now pick up the item and await a reply. What can I do if he says "no"and that it needs to be couriered? I just sold a pram, the buyer picked it up and paid cash this morning. Now they have sent me an email and called me saying the brake isn't working and they want to return it for a refund. I received a message from a recent buyer that the item is too small and she wants to return it for a refund. She won the item on 28 Sep, paid on 3 Oct, I posted it next day.   The listing includes the measurements of the dress and the return policy says 7 days. More than 7 days have passed presuming she received it 5 Oct (sent Express Post). Hi. I have 3 low value (under $20) collectable items. They are all the same thing but are in different conditions - one perfect, one with a dent and one with a scratch. hello fellow ebay sellers from Australia or world wide customer brought a item from us 400319249606 he required to have it sent urgently so we got a quote from Australia post to send it by registered Express post International very expensive as we told the customer , but he paid the amount and we sent it we were charged $79.50  Australia for a 684gram parcel to be expressed to this guy , by the way his name was after a car Ben VW  some wrecking yard in the UK , he signed for the item complained  he had to pay 55pound VAT and said he only received part of the item, the item he brought comes in 2 half's the bit he claimed he received is 240grams  the other item which he states never arrived is over 400grams I have a tracking number and carbon copy's of item sent which states parcel was 684grams he got also got a copy when he signed for it. UK ebay closed case in his favor  without asking me to send proofs or any information for me to prove this item was sent. Australia post weight items then charge you accordingly. I ask all my fellow sellers what could I have done better to avoid this problem, after many calls and emails to ebay Australia USA and the UK I am very disappointed that there was no support for me , they never ever requested any documents and my costs to prove item was sent in full , on top of that I lose $234 which included $79.50 Express parcel post , I also lost the main part of my item + a good old negative. yes I have tried to appeal but it is a mine field to get on to is there anyone in  Australia I can contact to help me out. or all you clever one's out there tell me how I should have sent this item which would have pro vented this happening any advice would be appreciated ...
