Sometimes they work these kinds of promotions in weird ways, though it's usually noted in the T&Cs - eg on the FVF promotions I've participated in, I was always charged the fees up front, then credited with the amount at a later stage. It usually took about 24 hours for qualifying sales to be recorded, as well, so hopefully they'll make good on it without too much hassle.

for anyone who got this List 10 items no listing fees no Final Value Fee's offer in September. Make sure you check you selling invoice for Final Value Fees. My invoice arrived this morning and I was charged FVF. I phoned eBay, and to their credit they were able to confirm that I had accepted the offer and should not have been charged the fee and that I would receive a fee credit. I requested a reference number for the call AND that they send me an eBay message telling me that I would receive a fee credit. The eBay message came through in a matter of minutes.
As always, I was calm and polite to the person I spoke to and I had notes that I could refer to if needed so that I could mount a clear case for having the fees credited. Some have recently called this as having their "ducks all lined up in a row" (cheers to cats and digi).
I have started taking screengrabs of eBay messages, T&Cs and Account Summaries. I had my copies of the original offer and T&C's on my screen so I could refer to them during the call if needed. The original eBay message no longer shows in my messages even though older messages are still there. I am glad I took a screenshot of the message back in September. I guess my troubles getting the Sell2Buy voucher back in July/August has made me very suspicious of eBay vouchers/offers.

I listed an item under this promo, it sold but lucky me the winner was a non paying bidder, i filed the unpaid item dispute after 4 days and closed it after 8 days, then relisted the item, then it sold again. No problems second time around.
Now ebay are charging me $20 FVF on the relist, have i got grounds to request a waive of FVF on basis that it was originally listed under the promo ?

Was the relist and second sale during the promotion period?
In not, then you are not entitled to the fee free offer.
