Hi, I think this is the link to the 150 free listings - http://sellercentre.ebay.com.au/promo/1935

Re: 150 free listings

It's my understanding that the free relisting is only available for 'non business sellers' which is defined by ebay as less than 100 sales in 12 months

Hence, we don't get the option, and neither do most stores. Otherwise I'd be all for it!

Re: 150 free listings

To be a business seller you have to sell more than $12,000 and over 100 items, otherwise all powersellers would be business sellers.  I'm a powerseller and I get auto relist.  I know other powersellers who've always had it.

At the start I had auto relist for a while but then it disappeared, both on my non-store ID and on my store ID.  I contacted ebay (by email) about it and they fixed it on one ID, and it automatically reinstated on my other ID so I assume they must be linked somehow.  Both IDs had powerseller status at the time.  It happened again so I contacted them again and they fixed it again, and it's been working ever since.

Apologies about the auction freebies - I rarely use auctions so I tend to forget about the restrictions on them.

We had store freebies last month that weren't restricted to over $100.  Stores sometimes get two lots of freebies one after the after, about a week apart.  I just deleted a heap of old emails so I can't say for sure when we had them, but the past is irrelevant anyway.

Re: 150 free listings

I'm a Powerseller and I have the free relist tick box too. I haven't sold anywhere near $12,000 so maybe that's why.

Re: 150 free listings

Do you mean $12,000 per year or ever?

Re: 150 free listings

I think it must be $12,000 a year because I have sold more than $12,000 all up over several years and still have the tick box.

Re: 150 free listings

Thanks for that info.  I certainly have not sold over $12,000 (I wish, lol) but definitely over 100 items.

I am sure way back when it first appeared on hubby's ID, it said it was only for selected members and was a trial thing.  I figured because not a lot is sold through that ID they were probably just testing it and we'd be stuck with all sorts of problems, but I was wrong it worked well and then it changed slightly fairly recently - again no problems.

I did try some searching last night, and couldn't find much on Help pages - well couldn't find anything actually, except regarding Automation, which I have never used because I felt uncertain of having that linked to templates - knowing me, it could be something I would overlook if I set Listings to Automatically Re-List by this method, pretty sure it was only 1 relist anyway that was Free, then after that you pay - so with my bird brain, would be likely to forget to take them into account and go over the monthly Free listings.  Hope you get what I mean.

Think my only option now might be CS.  Wil give them a call, messaging is such a waste of time - cut and paste irrelevant responses seems to be all get.

And yes, I got Freebies last month also, but this month, only the over $100 - useless to me I'm afraid

Thanks for your comments
