Hi
I’ve recently had a buyer email me directly an hour after a purchase. They sent it straight to me personal email, not through eBay.
Has anyone had this happen before or have a suggestion as to how on earth they got my email address?
Both eBay and PayPal have said they don’t ever give out the address.
Thanks

It doesn't show on my ebay or Paypal notification emails as a seller, but it does show on every single Paypal "Transaction Details" page I've checked randomly (for about a dozen sales, going back to the start of June).

Sorry, just to clarify.
It does not show for me if I just log into paypal and look up the transaction.
It does show if I go to my Sold listings in ebay, open the More Actions dropdown, and click on View Paypal transaction; it then sends me to paypal login, from whence paypal opens a detailed Transaction Details page; and that page always (for me) shows the buyer's email address down near the bottom.

My Paypal notifications come in either
Item #xxxxxxxxxxxx - Notification of an Instant Payment Received from <eBay ID>(<email>)
or
Item #xxxxxxxxxxxx - Notification of an Instant Payment Received from <eBay ID>
Earlier in the month they didn't have the email address, but at least since Friday they have.
