Just to throw it out there, check if your buyer has a facebook account. Someone on here awhile back had a buyer open an SNAD for a garment they bought. I can't remember what the issue was that they said in the dispute, but it was unwearable. The savvy seller checked Facebook and here's a few photos in all their glory of the buyer wearing the unwearable garment. The seller won the dispute much to the dismay of the scamming buyer.
I would say your buyer is wardrobing. They needed the jacket for an event and now have no further use for it, so wanting a refund. Plenty are doing it these days. Keep their wardrobes stocked for free. Have a new outfit every week and never pay a cent for it. It's a great scam that eBay is encouraging.

Here's a close up of the jacket, taken from the ad. (for all those who, like me, hate having to open new pages to go back to have a look)

Now listen up, I don't have cataracts and I have absolutely amazing colour differentiation skills (I took a facebook test & got 100% and as we all know, those things are cannily accurate
)
That jacket looks grey. No two ways about it.
But let's say the buyer was like jane and saw the photos as a black jacket. They wouldn't have bought it, would they, if they had not wanted a black jacket.
Therefore, we can deduce the buyer also saw the photos as showing a grey jacket.
I think the problem is it is a darker grey than they were expecting. There are hundreds of shades of black I know, but dark grey is never... quite black.

I saw some cats with googly eyes and a giraffe with a monocle.
Springy, use the add image link to put the photo in the message. It;s the little icon at the top with the picture of a mountain, next to the chain link icon.

You must upload all your pics from the listing into the dispute for ebay to see it was grey.

Thanks Tippy. I'm not used to being on a board where you can directly insert an image so didn't look!
My internet is fading in & out & I just managed to get back.
And.. I just thought I had uploaded as suggested and nothing.![]()

What's with the statement... *I generally post within 4 days of cleared payments.*
"generally" meaning most of the time and "within 4 days" and not "in 4 days". Most of the item I post same day, or, if I miss the post office pick up I post the next day.
