Sorry I missed the paid and refunded bit, kind of glazed over a bit a third of the way through lol.
I sincerely hope ebay remve te neg, if they don't there are further steps you can take.
You can at least have the satisfaction of knowing that you have at least allowed a lot of other sellers to add this numpty to their BBLs!

Sorry, but I am going to have to agree with the buyer on this one. How is the buyer going to give a time to pick-up if they dont WHERE FROM. What if they said OK i'll be there in 5 minutes only to find out its 40-50 minutes away? OP feedback seems to indicate this has happened more than once.

Are you also on the buyer's side re using another ID to bid on? In direct contradiction to eBay's rules?
Waiting....

Of course not. Both buyes and seller should abide by ebay policy. But that is still only hear say at the moment. As for the OP statement about him leaving other comments for other sellers, I see no other bad comments left for other sellers. Just saying, had a pick-up address been given all this may have been avoided in the first place.

just to be clear, the pick up suburb was in the listing. The buyer knew what suburb, but they wanted the full address. To pick up over a 3 day period, at their convience. But had paid with paypal so I needed proof they had picked up.
Thanks thecatspis, that's how i feel. I used to read these forums years ago and I followed most of the people here and that was one advice most of the main forum members used to give, did you used to have a different user name?
The buyer has now left negative feedback using the other account. I pulled the buyer details via eBay and this guy has the same mobile number listed on this account as the one he gave me. I forwarded it onto eBay again. I have no idea what more this guy needs to do before eBay will put a stop to it. The buyers mother was a lovely old lady too, who said her son wouldn't hurt a fly, so I have no idea who this guy is and why he's going to over the top for an eBay sale?

I had similar situation with a buyer that takes over two weeks to pick up an item...then makes me leave my stuff outside all day then never shows up and when I refund them I get neg feed back....lol what a joke.... rang ebay and they rekon they cant remove it as it was the buyers experience with the sale....lol what a joke... not only was he refunded but then gets to leave neg feedback for something that actually never took place in the end...lol gotta love the system and how it works...grossly unfair

Personally I think it's all just crazy and no actual real world logic gets applied here. Makes you wonder why you would sell.

If you're talking around 5 to 7 years ago, the one and only sneaker enthusiast I can remember from ebay was Michelle, who uses the ID i-mowi and has been a member for more than 12 years now and is still quite active on ebay, although I've neither spoken to nor seen her on the boards for at least 2 or 3 years, if not even longer.
