DAMAGE CONTROL...measures taken to offset or minimize damage to reputation, credibility, or public image caused by a controversial act, remark, or revelation.
What steps can we take now to minimize the damage to our lively hood, business, reputations which is in evidently going to occur from eBays polluted defect system.
1/Do we wait till the ship has sunk and try to raise it....Are you like the TITANIC..cant be raised?
2/Do we stop building up our stock , waiting for the inevitable to happen.
3/Or do we just become Doris Days and say
Que Sera, Sera ???

I embarrassed myself........hmmmmm now to wait and see if he really will forgive at feedback time..
I use the line, "My appologies for any inconvenience" when I make an boo boo. I can still look in the mirror after using this one and dont ( always ) feel the need to bang my head on the nearest brick wall, but must admit the head banging does help sometimes. LOL
