I am a new seller where every item I have sold has been delivered to customers and only had two customer negative feedback one was a misunderstanding and the other the buyer lied eventually I got instant payouts which made it easier for me to ship out ordered but then after around 3 -4 days ebay removed why instant payouts and now wants me to ship out items first and once delivered i get paid I spoke to ebay support about this and as always they are extremely unhelpful anyone know why this is how i can get it fixed this makes it hard for me to ship out orders. Yes I tried to appeal the negative feedback both times but ebay seems to only care about customers and never listened to my side of the story as well as same with trying to report them or appeal to ebay direct.

Not sure how you got instant payout as a new seller
All new sellers are suppose to have a 30 hold on funds, which sellers agree to when listing
And yes, you are indeed suppose to send items within your stated handling time and not wait for the holds to be up
And you are right, eBay is all about the buyer
If a buyer says so, that is what happened
Regardless of if the buyer is telling the truth or not
There is no 'way around' the holds on funds you agreed to when listing
The only way not to be seen as a 'new' seller, is to tell enough/often enough
Plus also
And not fall below standard
with 77.8%
AND, you cannot 'state' no returns when the item is not as described
No returns is for change of mind only
Also, are you using your own photos?
And are you drop shipping?
Your listings have all the hallmarks of those things

Your feedback shows just 2 successful transactions and 3 where you've provided a woeful buyer experience.
Without the 4 eBay generated feedback, only 40% of your transactions have been of an acceptable and expected standard.
Forget the payments on hold... I'm extremely surprised that you're still able to sell at all.
You should be thinking yourself lucky and trying to fly under the radar, rather than drawing attention to your sub-standard practices, thereby outing yourself on a public forum.

When did eBay start generating feedback?
70% of my sales don't attract feedback and I've never had eBay boost my ratings.
Maybe it's to protect newbies who would otherwise have less than 50%?

I'm not sure when it started. I've only ever seen it on new seller's accounts, and it's extremely obvious that it's meaningless.
Like you, I've never received any - but I'd rather not have it anyway. I believe feedback quality is of far greater benefit/value than feedback quantity.

"When did eBay start generating feedback?"
Ages ago - It's ridiculous.
I've seen it on the feedback pages of ipad scammers, counterfeit items scammers, new dropshipping sellers and otherwise downright BAD new sellers.
We add automated feedback to provide more information to other eBay users and help them buy and sell with confidence."

I strongly suggest that you remove "Made In Australia" from your images.
The images you've copied from sites such as AliExpress, Shein and others.

Probably not related to feedback, but more likely your sales metrics.
Are you now classed as a below average seller? If so holds and additional fees are likely to apply.
