Hi all, for the first time as a seller ( many years) I have had a return request.
Buyer bought a book over a month ago & wants to return it as he doesn’t like it & the print is too small.
What to do.?

It’s getting to be a joke with all these ridiculous reasons.
But I’m sure they latch on pretty quickly what reason will eventually get them a refund if they open a case.

Shopper (presenting empty toilet roll at the service desk): “I didn’t like this toilet paper; I want a refund.”

Salesperson: bring the rest in & I'll refund you 😎

I have been trying to return 2 Hi Flow water filters that we delivered to me that are not compatible with out system - I have repeatedly asked for the 2 Oliveri Filters I ordered or a refund, funny no response - the worse thing is you have NO ONE TO TALK TO ABOUT IT! Just **bleep** responses from ebay or the seller some appliances company that I can not find on line or in phone books!!!

If what you were sent was not why you ordered, why have you not opened an item not as described dispute?
That is the only thing you need to do
You do not need to keep contacting the seller
Contacting eBay is pointless, they will not open a dispute for you, they will not contact the seller for you
Contacting the 'appliances company' is pointless
You need to open a dispute
Within the time limit
Nothing will happen otherwise
Posting an off topic rant on an unrelated matter that has nothing remotely to do with your issue is not going to achieve anything either

@mikeh-1 - please open your own thread.
Why would you just randomly post your issue on someone else's topic?
