Has anyone else received an email from ebay today advising of a technical  error regarding postage  charges not correctly  being deducted  from their accounts ?

I’ve woken up this morning to a message from eBay telling me they haven’t charged fees and postage correctly and I owe $204. How do I find out why?

I also received that notification. Just recently I took advantage of an offer of 10 Free Postage Labels.

I wonder if that was offered by mistake and they are now reversing that and recovering the unpaid postage ?

I would also be curious to know whether people that took advantage of the Free Labels offer are also the ones who are receiving the notifications of unpaid fees

From memory, someone came to the boards recently, wondering why they were not being charged for ebay labels, again from memory it had nothing to do with free label offers.  So if that is the case, it was always going to be rectified.

Monopoly, bankers error collect $200,     not in real life and the debt is still valid.

I to got a letter today saying I owe $89. 80 and other fees will be recalculated and will be issued another account to pay  in early January 2025 really

I'd be double and triple checking. Please come back all of you and let us know how this all pans out. There will probably be a lot more people getting the dame messages. ☹️
