My turblister worked just fine on saturday, today I worte 10 ads, went to upload them, and it has all my listings in lbs & oz.
I have tried, removing it and starting again, changing the options in there- to default, it shows as Australia.
I have emailed asking, after chat told me they do not know about turbolister, no replay as yet.
Anyone else having same issues today? or any suggestions welcomed.

As has been mentioned before - select flat rate, then calculated and it will revert. You have to fill the sizes and weights in again. Or don't use item specifics.

Turbo lister has been 'broken' for weeks now, I doubt ebay intend supporting it much longer as they have done NOTHING to correct any issues.
I can't Preview whilst in the create area - only once it is in the Upload area.
I have no designer templates
Postage still returns to 1lbs & Ozs - I upload at Pick Up only then revise postage once listed.
It is a hopeless tool, but using SELL on ebay is even more annoying !

I wouldn't go the route of not using item specifics, as that is often the only part of the description smart phone users read.
Just use flat rate international and either revise once uploaded or if you dont care much about international sales put in worst case scenario value, and add everywhere to blocked shipping locations

Have been on the phone 5 times with three emails.
I think the last response received seems to strongly suggest the reason why it’s taking so long to fix. “Until it’s fixed why don’t you just list everything as free post”

Frustrated - numerous issues - particularly the lack of Preview in Description Builder.
Tried to check for Program Updates (in the hope there has been a magical fix) and TL goes 'foggy', 'stopped working' or 'network problems' messages popping up (my connection is fine)

The answer is glaringly obvious and staring you in the face "May 2013 Fee Structure Changes" . eBay does not have enough money to be able to hire competant technical staff to fix the problem, that is why they are raising fees again. LOL
Well, not funny really. I raised this issue with ebay twice over a month ago and got the same reply both time, that they are working to fix the problem. Hey wait, was that a flying pig I just saw go past my window?
If they can spend time redesigning the look of the site, they can certainly FIX THIS PROBLEM !
All of the suggestions here and by ebay do NOT work. I've had to resort to relisting in Selling Manager, not an ideal solution.

The suggestions I gave DO work. For ME at least. So maybe it's something in your settings or computer.
And I can do updates. All of which have been data rather than program updates, so the problem is still there.

free post domestic makes no difference, my items are all free post. It is when you nave enter a weight into calculated international that is the issue. So you have to enter flat rate not calculated. To be honest I would rather select ship to Aus only, but that is not an option via TL

It is an issue with local CALCULATED postage.
I use Flat price for international, and then exclude countries I don't post to. Which I set up once in my preferences and comprise all countries except Australia.
All that stuff is in my basic templates, so I should only have to change it for non-500g satchels. Unfortunately, I have to go 'flat rate' and back to calculated to get metric measures, and then have to fill the weights and measurements in again.
Still better than using SYI as I do my listings in advance of when they go live.

Hi All,
I know this issue has been on here many of time but i can't seem to find an answer .
I just downloaded turbo lister and the weight is in LB :-(.
I have uninstalled and looked every where to find it without LB , can anyone give me a easy solution to fix it please .
