The worst customer service that i have ever experienced "No help at all from ebay''

I've been a member of eBay for over 13 years and full time selling on the platform for around 18 months.

 

Lately I’ve been having problems with eBay taking my listings down and suspending my account.

I have repeatedly tried to work with customer help regarding these issues and have received pre-approval from eBay for my ads,( I have many chat transcripts as evidence of this ).

Then after a month or so, the pre-approved ads are taken down by eBay again, and I'm suspended for another 7 days.

So far,  the only help eBay has given is misleading information and promises of follow-up emails and phone calls from eBay customer help supervisors that never come.

I’m at the end of my wits and just don’t know how to get help. eBay is my full-time income, it’s how I look after my Family, and I do appreciate your platform very much and would like the opportunity to expand my business on it in the future.

Can anyone please help me, all I need is a chance to get through to the department responsible for taking ads down, so I can explain my situation. If I could get a 10minute phone call with someone from that department or even a direct email address to someone in that department.

All I need is a chance to get through to the department responsible for taking Listing down

We are normal members, not eBay staff, so we can't do that... We can only give you advice or suggestions if you share details.

Is there no link at the end of the emails you have received to appeal their decision(s)?

I don't think you understand - you won't get through.

 

An explanation was provided by ebay in your messages and email.

 

I'm sure people here can help you understand, but not if we're not given the info.

 

 

 

Twynnie, thanks for that link.  It has helped with a couple of listings that kept being reported and taken down.

it's ok I've been doing this for a long time and we have multiple stores. and this particular product is worth a lot to us. so I'm not taking it on the chin..

did you know that if you continue to get suspensions you will eventually be banned forever?

 

Not only that, but that if one of your accounts gets banned then all your other accounts will get banned?

 

AND not only that, but any account of ANY person who shares your household will get banned?  This includes husband, wife, child, dog etc.

Slr, they want to be enigmatic, so they'll probably disappear off the ebay platform without understanding why.

 

And then scream Blue Murder.

yes correct this is the part that I'm battling eBay with, it seems to be imposable to get to the decision maker on the eBay team

 

"If we agree that your listing was removed in error, you'll be able to relist it – but you'll need to create the listing again from scratch."
