I've been a member of eBay for over 13 years and full time selling on the platform for around 18 months.
Lately I’ve been having problems with eBay taking my listings down and suspending my account.
I have repeatedly tried to work with customer help regarding these issues and have received pre-approval from eBay for my ads,( I have many chat transcripts as evidence of this ).
Then after a month or so, the pre-approved ads are taken down by eBay again, and I'm suspended for another 7 days.
So far, the only help eBay has given is misleading information and promises of follow-up emails and phone calls from eBay customer help supervisors that never come.
I’m at the end of my wits and just don’t know how to get help. eBay is my full-time income, it’s how I look after my Family, and I do appreciate your platform very much and would like the opportunity to expand my business on it in the future.
Can anyone please help me, all I need is a chance to get through to the department responsible for taking ads down, so I can explain my situation. If I could get a 10minute phone call with someone from that department or even a direct email address to someone in that department.
Thanks in advance for any help you can give me.

What do you mean "ads"?
I can see 109 listings, so what listings are being pulled ie: what items are they?
Your post is confusing.
Don't rely on anything customer service says - they are often useless. However, you need to clarify your post.
Much better to be very clear about your issues here with people who do actually sell on Ebay, compared to CS agents who are just on minimum wage and have no actual experience.

I'm sorry I think I was clear ( my bad not ads I should say Listings),, are you trying to help hinder me.
What the listing are is not the point, it's the process that I'm unhappy with. you know the fact that I get preapproval for a listing only to have it taken down sometime later and cop a 7 day account suspension.

Jelly was trying to help, if you are not clear on the description of your problem, it's hard for anyone to advise. Maybe thats why CS are having problems as well.
What reason are the giving for your listings being cancelled?
What items are they that they need pre approval, maybe there is a deeper problem

the question about what listings are being pulled is valid. Answering that question will enable others to help you. The responders here are just regular members like yourself. We are not eBay employees and do not have access to the information we ask for unless you provide it.
If you want help then work with us and answer any questions you are asked.
I’ll ask a few now so that I, or others, might be able to help you.
Q) what items are being sold in the pulled listings?
Q) do you get an email from eBay when a listing is pulled? If yes, what is the reason given?
Q) are you selling items you have or items from another supplier (drop-shipping)?
Q) are you selling replicas or copies of brand items?
Q) do you include your contact information in your description
Q) do you have screen captures of any of the pulled listings?
Q) can you post the text of a pulled listing description so we can see it?
Q) are any of your current listings a re-list of one that was pulled? If yes, which one?
If you are not forthcoming with answers to these questions you may find that nobody is able to help you.

The ONLY option because of COVID is to use "live chat" then asking to "speak" to a supervisor, there are no phone contacts at present.

That's what they tell you but I have been on the phone with them 4 times in the last seven days.

Obviously after 4 times they still aren't able to help you, bear in mind that the CS reps are very unlikely to have actual buying or selling experience on eBay and are for the most part using "cheat sheets" to give you an answer, then get you off the phone line.
Why not address k1ooo-slr-sales questions and then you'll quite possibly get a real answer from a very experienced seller ?
