The worst customer service that i have ever experienced "No help at all from ebay''

I've been a member of eBay for over 13 years and full time selling on the platform for around 18 months.

 

Lately I’ve been having problems with eBay taking my listings down and suspending my account.

I have repeatedly tried to work with customer help regarding these issues and have received pre-approval from eBay for my ads,( I have many chat transcripts as evidence of this ).

Then after a month or so, the pre-approved ads are taken down by eBay again, and I'm suspended for another 7 days.

So far,  the only help eBay has given is misleading information and promises of follow-up emails and phone calls from eBay customer help supervisors that never come.

I’m at the end of my wits and just don’t know how to get help. eBay is my full-time income, it’s how I look after my Family, and I do appreciate your platform very much and would like the opportunity to expand my business on it in the future.

Can anyone please help me, all I need is a chance to get through to the department responsible for taking ads down, so I can explain my situation. If I could get a 10minute phone call with someone from that department or even a direct email address to someone in that department.

you are not contacting eBay using these forums.  We are members just like you.  eBay employees do not read these forums.

 

Nobody here can put you through to any department.  Because we don’t have enough information from you we can’t advise which department.

 

Answer the questions I asked and we might be able to provide more help than any eBay department.  I say this because you normally only get to talk to call centres when you call eBay, and they generally read from a script.

 

If you are not prepared to answer our questions then just say so and I will leave you alone . . . in fact, I will stop trying to help you.

You talk about pre-approval for listings.

 

The only pre-approval that I'm aware of in these Covid times are medical masks, hand sanitiser and toilet paper, because ebay got flooded with panic buying and rip off merchants.

 

If you keep relisting items that ebay is removing, then you will be stopped from selling.

 

You need to be clearer about what items are being taken down, for anyone to help you understand what ebay is trying to tell you.

I've been through everything, it's defiantly a eBay era i just need to get to talk to the right people.. I'll sort it thanks anyway.

I understand that you might not want to explain certain things publicly, but without details we cannot help...

Have you tried to request to talk to those who take down listings in live chat?
