If you have a shop on ebay, does that make you a retailer? I had a shop tell me they don't assist or honour warranty's because they aren't a retailer......they sell massive amounts of gear....I would have presumed they are a retailer?

AUSTRALIA POST FLAT RATE INCREASE - UNFAIR

I would love to hear Australia Posts' justification for increasing Ebay Flat Rate Parcels for 500g by approx. 15% and 3kg by just over 10%. By any standards these increases are very high by percentage rate.
