Tracking details Australia Post tracking #****9701008320900 17 Aug 2020 10:36am Delivered MERRIJIG,
VIC 17 Aug 2020 7:50am Onboard for delivery MANSFIELD,
VIC 13 Aug 2020 11:45am Item processed at facility SUNSHINE WEST,
VIC 10 Aug 2020 1:38pm Received by Australia Post HOBART, TAS
I see that both buyer has been refunded for both items through eBay.
As buyer provided a valid evidence from shipping company that item was not delivered,
the case has been closed in their favour.
eBay covers the buyer in such cases under eBay Money Back Guarantee and the refund is charged to
seller's account as you are the sender of the item.
As the items were incorrectly delivered this needs to be resolved with your post-office.
I am afraid, we won't be able to assist you further in this matter.
ME: Where is evidence Australia post delivered to wrong Address Tracking states Delivered?
The evidence is with eBay, and we won't be able to share it with you for security and privacy reasons.

Try going to your local Post Office and enquire about the delivery, they can get far more information than you or I can, and that may include a photo of where the parcel was dropped off.
Take that information to eBay and ask for a review of the dispute decision made by them.

Have you tried to contact the buyer??? If not gave that a try before doing anything. If you can get them in writting stating the above it will come in handy for where i would head this next. My next port of call would be pay pal under seller protection if the buyer paid via pay pal as they only need proof of item sent. IF that fails then go AUSPOST

I suspect that that is not the way to go with this issue, opening a case with Paypal is likely to result in the option of appealing the eBay dispute to be impossible.
The OP should be trying to get as much information from AP as possible to further their chances of a successful appeal through eBay's MBG. If that fails THEN go to Paypal.

pay pal seller protection is less stress and far faster and the protection is greater than ebay for a seller... Ebay need proof of delivery which from the above has NOT happened so ebay will rule in the buyers favour again even when it outside the seller control. Pay pal on the other hand only need proof of sending if selller proves it was send they are covered even if it was deliveried to a wrong address

The items were delivered.
The most concerning part is the last line from the ebay message.
The evidence is with eBay, and we won't be able to share it with you for security and privacy reasons. (made up b**s)

Yes the item were delivered that point is not what the issue. The issue is where to?? If the buyer has gone to auspost and question where they package is auspost would of shoot them photos of where it was left etc. <<<< this is what ebay would have in the claim above. My guess what has happened auspost have dropped at another address which is not your fault. I know the town where I live there streeets roads that are all call the same eg MAIN ST MAIN AVE MAIN CRT and in the local FB group these home owner are always having issues with mail etc.

That may be true BUT Paypal gives the seller protection for 180 days past the sale date - so there's plenty of time to take up that option IF the eBay appeal fails.
There's absolutely no point in giving up a possible eBay appeal until the AP information has been denied as grounds for an appeal, unless of course the OP wants to "chuck the baby out with the bathwater".

pay pal seller protection
does not exist anymore. as a seller we have no idea how customer pays.

I was just about to follow up on that one when I noticed you have been signed up for "managed payments".
Good luck with the eBay appeal, let us know how you go.
