I wish to block a bidder who has left me totally unfair feedback. Please can someone advise how to go about this.
Thanks you.

the easiest way is to click on ' help and contact' top left of most pages. Type in blocked bidder list and the relevant links come up.

So she's trashed your feedback and probably your stars over an antique, 100 year old trinket box, that appeared to be described well and had really good photos, that she got for a mere $2.99. I'd be pretty miffed too. I'd be sending her a message and asking if there was a problem. There's a chance that feedback was meant for someone else. What does her feedback left for others look like? Is she in the habit of leaving bad feedback?

I wouldn't worry too much. Your feedback from other buyers is excellent! You could email and ask why she stated it wasn't a thing like the pictures or description. I had a similar case where the buyer left a new or neutral. I summoned up the courage to ask what the problem was as the item was in almost new condition, hardly worn, kept in a suit bag etc. she then revised the feedback stating she didn't read the description properly.
its worth a shot!
