A buyer won 2 items he paid for the 1st on ebay's invoice. New to ebay after a long absence I incorrectly marked the second item paid and posted then sent both off.
How can I now raise a new invoice for the 2nd item.
I would email the buyer and explain my mistake. You could send a payment request to his phone number which you will have now; or make up a special ebay listing for the postage amount. It all depends on the goodwill of the buyer in the end.
Thanks for that. I finally got on to an ebay human who gave me my solution.: relist with final bid amount as a private buy it now, send buyer ID no and get them to buy it now. I did this contacting both buyers about idea and to hold on and wait for ID no. They did it worked. Cheers giwigip
Glad it worked but if the first sale remains marked as paid & then you relisted it, won't you be up for 2 lots of fees on the sales? Did the rep tell you how to unmark it as paid?
