Did you generate/print a postage label ?
Did you upload the tracking to eBay?
Did you hand it over the counter at the post office or put it in a red mailbox?

Is that a tracking number or just an article number, number does not appear to exist in tracking services.

You need to mark the item as sent and upload the tracking number to the sale.
eBay are not psychic and won't know it has been sent unless you tell them.
