im mad as hell
this buyer leaves negative for 95% of her buys 17 out of 20 buys she leaves nagative feedback unbelievable
she didnt even give me a chance to respond as she lives in the same city as me
so easy for me to just drop replacements of to her house or give refund
i believe shes just out to ruin sellers reputations
is there anything i can do

They haven't done anything to report them to the police and/or ACORN
They've simply left neg fb - no case - no refund asked for

They were a very fussy buyer to begin with, claiming sizing issues were the problem.
---------------------------
Just a side issue, but over the years, I have noticed quite a lot of different buyers who have given a neg or neutral because an item doesn't fit properly & it always leaves me bemused.
Fair enough if an item wasn't listed correctly or the size tags didn't match the description. but otherwise I would have thought this is just a risk you run with shoes or clothes you buy sight unseen. Even if they are the 'right' size, they won't necessarily be a great fit or look right.

If the comment mentions anything about not fitting or wrong size etc, and there are measurements in the listing, then ebay will helpfully remove them. I think I've had about 4 of these removed on these grounds.

Have you actually seen that some of their items are posted to buyers from China? At least one of their items was.
Search for this item # 322211256109 and you will see it.
It was one of the neg feedbacks they received from their buyer. It was left in Russian and that's what made me wonder why anybody in Au would sell headphones for US$3.5 and post it to Russia for free. They may be doingin(or was doing) dropshipping and it explains it.

Shes done it again unbelievable 21 negs out of 25 buys
My god ebay has it come to this
How the hell do we compete with buyers like this
Ebay can not see this as deliberate from the buyer
17 negs in a row

I think the day could be coming when ebay will cut out the FB comments. Maybe they will replace it with something else. Maybe just leave it as stars for as described, postage costs etc
This buyer does deserve some ebay action though.

They have obviously warned her as she's now receiving her items and so she is leaving positive comments,
(their last two transactions),
It works the same with their stupid report system,(under the You suspect that a listing is fraudulent they have:
The listing has items being sold without the owner's authorisation. You didn't bid.
When in actual fact the seller is the scammer so all they do is warn them,

yes i think ebay has had a word to her
today i recieved a email from buyer
mind you this is nearly 7 weeks after i posted to her
she writes
Hello I recieved this item last week. But already left negative feed back, will be happy to revise feedback now that I've recieved it.
unbelievable she only lives a few kilometeres away
6-7 weeks postal time i dont think so
i think shes had a warning from ebay
ive tried to get a revision to remove feedback but ebay now says its over 30 days since she left feedback

In a fair world eBay would remove all of the suspicious negs that she's left sellers, unfortunately that isn't likely to happen.
She should also be NARU'd and a check kept on her ISP to prevent her starting up a new ID.
Now that eBay have appeared to have taken action on her account, you could try ringing eBay (or better still get a call-back from them) and push to get it removed, ask for a supervisor if the first CS rep won't help you.
