Also my listing counter is still saying 1500/mo so I checked with the MP team on Live Chat just now and they confirmed I get 250k free listings and to disregard that counter. I saved the chat with the CSO saying that so I can provide it if I am charged fees when I go over 1500. I have a free listing promo at the moment so it won't happen until the stuff I am about to list renews in 30 days anyway. But at least now I have it in writing so can get reimbursed if it charges me then.
Free Listing promo for those who haven't seen it - https://sellercentre.ebay.com.au/promo/14313

I'm with St George, my first payout was apparently on Friday and still nothing ...
If it's not in there tomorrow I'm going to investigate.

I am with St George and have found out over they years that if the paying institution has done the transfer before 5.30pm the payment will appear in your bank account the next day.....you should have had it on Saturday morning.
If it was done after 5.30pm it will not be processed till Monday and you should have it on Tuesday.
Any payments I make from our Business Account are always done before 5.30pm and received overnight and available for use the next morning.

Thanks for the update. That's not great so far. Sellers are within their rights to wait to receive payment before posting an item. Your example here already shows how that might delay postage

Not replying to anyone in particular, but adding a bit of information around managed payments.
1. A buyer purchased several items Sunday night, and requested an invoice.
2. Managed payments was turned on Monday morning.
3. Invoice was sent after managed payments was turned on.
4. Payment was received through Paypal, not managed payments.
Obviously the payment was processed through the system under which the items were purchased, and the fact that the invoice was sent and payment made under managed payments wasn't relevant.
We were just a bit surprised, but can understand the logic.

Now comes the interesting bit -
A few days ago a buyer won a couple of auctions and asked us to hold the items until all the auctions on which he placed bids had ended.
The first auctions were under the old system.
The upcoming auctions will obviously end under managed payments.
A couple of questions -
1. Will we be able to send 1 invoice for all items, or will we have to send separate invoices for those items won before and after managed payments was turned on?
2. If we are able to combine all into 1 invoice, where will the payment go?
No answers yet, we'll just have to wait and see.

well so far "managed payments" seems to mean "we're keeping your money". Very disappointing, when you consider it was always available instantly with paypal.
