Recently sold several items to two seperate buyers. Buyers were contacted to make sure they were happy. No response and no feedback has been left by them after receiving positive feedback from me for quick payment.
Both buyers have purchased again since purchasing my items.
Check of both of them reveals they aren't leaving feedback for anyone....
LOW ACT...sellers rely on feedback. Both buyers are happily ticking up their positive feedback.
Will name and shame in future if this happens again....

I recently sold an item to a buyer who was very picky on what she wanted . After 22 emails from her asking this and that, she bid and won the item..I posted the item off to her and guess what ? no feedback and no more emails..I am guessing that she was happy but considering the types of things she was asking me, I could be mistaken.. Better I not know in that case. I am very certain that the item was as described and would have been happy to receive it myself if I had bid on it, but, maybe she was NOT happy for some small reason...No feedback is a better option than a PICKY comment ...
Out of 12 recent sales I have received only 5 feedback..That's the way it is.. Some people are too lazy and some have problems with the item but don't feel the need to leave feedback....Go with the flow and you will eventually get the numbers up...Cheers

Sounds like this 'ebayer' is an ebay employee making up excuses for another slack buyer

We really go out of our way to make our customers happy (check our feedback comments) yet only have a 60% feedback rate. I.e. 4 out of 10 of our customers couldn't be bothered to leave feedback. Don't let it irritate you.

What has not been mentioned is that once a buyer leaves FB...They CANNOT open a dispute !!
I would not have allowed it to get to 22 emails...At the first email that makes you concerned, add the buyer to your block list. If they are genuine, they will contact you and make arragements with you.
There is only one thing that protects the seller...Yourself.
Sure, a buyer not leaving FB might be just because they are lazy or don't care...Or it might not be !

On the sales side of this feedback issue, firstly, their is the buyer and the seller. The buyer pays promptly then the seller should give releveant feedback straight away, as the buyer has lived up to their end of the deal, whereas the buyer will/should leave feedback AFTER the item arrivers and they are happy with it. Too easy a concept I would have thought....
And as far as the 22 email saga. If the buyer hadnt asked questions then won AND left neg feedback for bad comminucation or SNAD claim who would be at fault? You always hear on here about buyers not asking questions beforehand but some seller now say dont answer the buyer AND put them on your BBL? **bleep**?

Of course they can open a dispute, do you have any idea?
