Hi, I recently changed me postal address from Australia to New Zealand as I shall be holidaying there. I have attempted to change the postal country under 'postage' on a listing (they don't post to NZ), and have updated my paypal details but I am still unable to place a bid. Bidding ends in a day. Can anyone help me please. Thanks, Kathleen

Since the latest updates,12/10/12 I can't load photos to my listing. They upload to standard window ok but don't transfer to the listing. Basic window does not upload at all! Johnsolar

Making them smaller worked, but, originally the photos were in fact much smaller than the recommended size, 1600 pixels, and after making them even smaller to achieve upload, I get a warning saying that they are too small! I tried both versions, and even one photo at a time. I think there is something amiss with the uploader.

I have had trouble seeing all of a seller's ebay auction page. I cannot see the middle section of the page after the last item in the seller's Store Categories table and the beginning of the "Questions and answers about this item" section toward the end of the auction page. In between all I get is a greyed out area with the following message: "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage" "What you can try: It appears you are connected to the Internet, but you might want to try to reconnect to the Internet. Retype the address. Go back to the previous page. " "Most likely causes: You are not connected to the Internet. The website is encountering problems. There might be a typing error in the address." I then had a look at the web page source file and it appears the URL that triggers this message is: src ="http://vi.ebaydesc.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItemDescV4&sd=3&item=261044118251&bv=msie&t=1347586819000&vct=1&nv=2&js=-1&ssid=0&s1=0&category=9355&tid=345058&seller=unlockedcellphonekings&caz.html" The category and item number is irrelevant as it happens on any auction that I look at, and it doesn't matter whether I look at my Australian site or look at the USA site, both refer to this URL and to the ISAPL dynamicly linked library: http://vi.ebaydesc.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? So I guess the question is, "Anybody else had this problem and is ebay doing any changes that might result in this behaviour?"

In answer to the questions posted (for which apparently I can't post any answers).... I'm using the latest version of Firefox on Win 7. Yes, I noticed the new position of the Reply button. ;\ I also tried to reply using IE (haven't used it for ages on this computer - what a pain) but it didn't work with that either. I welcome more suggestions on what to do, however to answer them it appears I will have to create new topics so take it as read I will try them all. 🙂

It seems I can no longer reply to any posts. Even the one about the upgrade is now closed to me. Anyone got an answer to this issue. I'm using Firefox and have done a cache cleanout. I'm stumped.

I recieved a request in my messages to complete a survey for ebay i was logged in on Aust ebay site, but when i finished the survey I said click here to return to my ebay i click on it and ended up signed in.... on Ebay UK....what the!!! Is that dodgy?

In the new pop-up window, my entry text appears in the smallest possible size, despite appearing correctly in the thread itself, and even worse, the obscenity filter now completely and permanently deletes the entire message if it detects a disallowed word. It may appear OK when Previewed, but if you hit Post there are no second chances to edit and repost - the pop-up window closes and all access to what you've just typed is lost forever. Furthermore, the preview pane is only half its original width and as the text does not wrap, much of what is typed can't be seen at all. There are many more negative issues but these are the ones which need fixing most urgently IMO. BTW, using Firefox 15.0.1 here on XP/SP3. I won't know if you've already fixed the double paragraph spacing until after I've posted this message. Talk about a dog's breakfast! 😞

All of a sudden photos in saved ebay stores and lists (watched items, purchased items etc) have disappeared. I have not made any changes to preferences so am at a loss as to why this has happened or how to fix it. Any help would be appreciated.

Any danger of returning the missing quote function, and also restoring the ability to leave a line break between paragraphs? I'm starting to get a bit sick of having to create my own paragraphs with alt-255, and having to quote via cut & paste. Is this intentional, or simply the inevitable result of yet another attempted "upgrade" failing spectacularly? 😞

My questions to Sellers don't show on page. Why?

None of the sellers I've saved for ages now have actually saved. Just ordered by date, realised the last time it actually worked was over a year ago! Why doesn't eBay tell you this? Why does eBay tell you sellers have been saved if your list is full and it actually didn't save? Is there some way to make lists of sellers to bypass this limit (like watchlists)?

I know we can tick the cross to remove it temporarily, but I find it incredibly annoying, and confusing for some, a lady has asked how she can access the item on my listing page, but the item is not mine. this must be one of the most invasive if not ridiculous functions ebay has put upon us, especially due to the fact our own photos are covered by pictures of other sellers items.
