I belive it is an ebay glitch across the Australian ebay pages
The lowest standard Auspost service is $9.70 up to 250gr
Buyers pay on some of my items (individually or combined) up to 250gr for $8.73 (97cents less)
$8.73 is the ebay discounted label price which offered to sellers if they want to purchase the label from eBay.
The listings and the checkout screens should show buyers $9.70
I searched on ebay and saw some sellers having the same issue..tons of listings with incorrect $8.73 postage
I belive the listings with calculated postage having this issue.

This is strange as my listings are charging up to double the postage cost. Something is definitely wrong

I am having the same issue with the postage, as well as a lot of listings saying "Will post to Australia. Read item description or contact seller for postage options". I am an Australian store and have not amended any of our postage policies. No wonder people have been messaging saying postage is too expensive, I never realised what was going on! For example, a small item weighing 200g with measurements of 15x15x10 is charging $17.43, instead of $9.70 I think it should be. I've also noticed it undercharging postage on orders by only a $1 or so, and thought that was odd, but now it all makes sense. Something is glitching on their backend. I am going to contact them today and lodge a complaint. This is affecting sales at the busiest time of year.

Sorry to sound dim, but I can't find the dots anywhere😟. I'm on a PC; are the dots on the app?

I just received an international sale (to Norway)
Lucky that I added $3 int. handling fee on all my postage policies other day. it covered the underpaid postage (at least for up to 250gr items) . It looks like eBay IT guys messed up again. Have a look at this Ebay int. postage calculator. Looks like the IT guys did not understand this easy task to fix the issue. Did you see the mistake they are doing? They are using the existing Australia post services to define their new discount postage, so there has to be another 2 new lines as a new postage service options "ebay postage label int. standard" and "ebay postage label int. express"
This is the postage policy page / int. Postage options
There is no ebay postage label option showing.

And some of mine are showing as 'Pick Up Only', now ! Just pathetic.

I can't find the dots either, BUT the question mark in a circle appears in the bottom right of my PC screen on most pages. Clicking on it leads to options for sending feedback or reporting a technical problem.

Thank you. Yes that did the trick. I have reported. I think the more of us that report by any means at all, the more likely we might get some action. At the moment they don't even seem to be trying to fix it.

Have you read post 39 that mentions the calculator now takes into account the cubic size as well. I am not sure how they have set this up but it appears you may need to play with the measurements as I have found any that are over a certain length will display as pick up only. I have had to go back and adjust the length down and add extra to the width or height to get it to list correctly and also keep the same cubic dimensions.
An example I had a parcel 69cm x 14cm x 12cm and ended up making it 50cm and added extra to the others to get a 3kg cubic parcel. I would not be waiting for ebay to fix anything as this may be the way it will stay as they may have set maximum dimensions for each weight.
I have not yet had a multiple purchase but will be interesting to see how it will work out the cubic size for those.
