So here's my dilemma. Sold a sewing machine embroidery unit (never used)
& hoops still in their original plastic which have never been out of the
plastic (ie: new & unused) but buyer is now telling me the unit has
wear, doesn't work & the hoops also ...
Ebay must be losing sellers (& possibly buyers) in droves.... I just
received a promo to sell for free with no FVF's either for the rest of
Sept.... Unfortunately it'll mean contacting ebay YET AGAIN to have all
this credited as i'm still being charg...

Hi all, i had a return request 10/12/15 & paypal has had funds on hold
ever since (over a month). The customer opened the return but never
escalated it yet funds are still on hold. How long can a return request
stay open without any action by the buy...
I have other photos of the items which didn't go onto ebay so if she
tries marking them to show wear it'd be pretty easy to prove to ebay +
serial numbers etc... Ebay is dying fast & now i can see why altho when
i contacted ebay about what the buyer ...
