Anyone have experience with this as a result of creating a new account?

Was just wondering if anyone else's messages sent to other members
through eBay's message facility are affected by very poorly placed line
breaks, or if it's just some weird interaction between eBay and my
particular browser. This is not a new issue ...

My understanding is the managed payments ID requirement only relates to
selling. If the OP's buying is impacted as well, wouldn't it be some
other cause, or is the OP simply mistaken about their account having a
buying restriction?

Keep getting a server error page when accessing My eBay: "Well, this is
embarrassing.We're sorry, but this page isn't loading right now. Please
try again later." Did manage to load once, but then it was back to
errors.
