The company is REMOVED I've been trying to finalise my sale with them since December 2017.   I don’t know how patient I have to be? Another month and no response and no goods received from the seller.  I can not believe how bad their customer service is and how terribly you have treated me.   INCORRECT BOLT -as you already finished to install the table. Not sure if you still need it. could you would like us to resend it to you? if not, we can send a box of chalk to you as compensation. A box of chalk? Really – that is pathetic offer for the problem of having to go and buy a bolt to finish putting the table together. Would you consider sending some sort of repair kit for the cues? The cheap **bleep** cues you sent me have already broken.and I need new tips with instructions on how to repair? 2. Is there a way to report sellers that are selling items at up to 2 sometimes 3 x the price for example a cat litter tray that’s at the most in store $80 seller is charging $183, and an item called no vac for carpets, $10 in shops seller is advertising $44.95 and the best seller wants $192 for cat litter. Why do auction items from the German ebay site that appear in one of my saved searches not open when accessed from the Australian site? Also lots do not appear in a worldwide search from the australian site using the same words in the item title as displayed in the saved search. eg "With Full Force Programmheft" will return 0 items when searched from Australian site, but if searched from German site will get one result. If I click on an item from my saved search email, that was generated on the german site, I get an error message saying "This listing (**********) has been removed, or this item isn't available." yet the item is still up on the German site. I sent a message to a Seller/business (that shows its location in their ad as Sydney), selling Brand New iPhones, as I required 2.   I read the ad carefully and a couple of oddities in the ad concerned me, so I sent them a message for clarification. 3 questions were asked.   Q1. Is this stocked and shipped within Australia ? Q2. Is this Iphone 100% genuine Apple IPhone ? Q3. If the phone is brand new (as advertised), why it it listed in the ad as 1 year seller warranty and not a Apple warranty ?   The reply I received (within 30mins) was: "Our warehouse is in australia" and "has a Free 1 year seller warranty". I replied to this,  stating that they have not answered my questions, and have avoided them, so I will ask again, and asked the questions again. I never received a reply. I believe that it is possible that this seller could be selling refurbished phones, and from outside of Australia.   Is it worth contacting eBay to raise the concerns or not ?   ( I decided to purchase the phones from another reputable company that is not associated with ebay ). ... In "My Ebay", I can no longer see the purchase transactions already finished. there used to be lists for previous purchases with icons showing the progress of the transaction.    It all seems to have disappeared. When did this change take place and was there a notification explaining the change?   Has no one else finds this a problem? I feel so upset that I do not want to use Ebay any more.   There is also no way of contacting the company. I recently had to return an item and ebay email cofirmed that return postage will be paid by the seller. It cost more to return the item than the cost of the item in the first place. I bought 2 mobile phone chargers from China that were advertised to work with the Moto G4 Plus phone, but they are the wrong ones for my Australian model. Perhaps they do work with that model as sold in other countries (there are subtle differences). So I requested to return them at my expense, and the seller agreed, but gave me a return address that was different from what appeard in eBay. I have paid AUD $21+ and posted the chargers, and gave them the tracking number. They have not yet refunded me the money, but have asked me to close the dispute. I recieved a email this morning from ebay saying a seller was delighted I was interested in their item and giving me a offer to buy it in bulk. How does a seller know what I have on my watch list?.
