Seller ignoring order cancellation request

Hi I have bought an item worth 559 AUD by mistake and have requested to cancel order like 3 mins after the transaction and even sent a message but seller isn't responding to my msgs or the request even though its been like 5 hours since seller last updated his ad (meaning he's been active on ebay since 5 hours ago yet failed to respond to my msgs) What should I do? I want to cancel order asap so I can buy another one from a seller with a better reputation but ebay system says it may take 3 to 5 days for seller to respond

Is there any way to cancel immediately without sellers consent?

Re: Seller ignoring order cancellation request

I check my blood pressure daily.

The instructions are not to drink beforehand, not to ingest nicotine beforehand, to sit still and relax.

I sit still and get acceptable BP levels.

It's part of the medical industry mantra - always, however remotely related, discourage things the AMA disapproves of. Which is anything that is fun.

Buy- oneshop on eBay didn't cancel my order even though I did it straight away after buying

Re: Seller ignoring order cancellation request

If you want to cancel an order, you'll need to contact the seller and ask if they can cancel it for you. The seller can either accept or decline your cancellation request.

Re: Seller ignoring order cancellation request

Why buy just to turn around and cancel?

Wasting sellers time and possibly costing them a genuine sale

Sellers are not obligated to do so

Nor do they have to do it as soon as the buyer wants them too

Not sure the point of your post, the name will be removed by a mod and it is no poor reflection on the seller

Sell it yourself when it arrives
