Does ebay still have a phone number you can call them on in Australia?

Customer support.

Up the top. Choose options until you get a phone number. Usually you will be sent a one-time code, so a general number probably won't work.

There is even an option to get them to call you. Good for us without landlines.

Hi, I'm not sure if the typical call centre is open now. But what you can do is use the "LIve Chat" and request a phone call if you get no joy.

The call centre has been closed since early last year because of Covid.

The only contact now is via Live Chat.

This thread is nearly 7 years old and is no longer relevant.

And the Australian office number is not a help line.....they cannot tell you anything.

What happens is that when an eBayer comes to start a new subject, the system automatically selects a thread. Luckily michellebartley's thread she started had minimal posts. Now the info added to this short thread will be valid.

BTW: A friend got a call back from eBAy  via the live chat just a few days ago.
